Order Information

• All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt of payment.
  
  
• 7% Sales Tax is charged to Pennsylvania residents. Tax will be calculated at the time of ordering.
  
  
• Orders should be placed by contacting Sweet Expressions
  
  
• Sweet Expressions accepts checks and money orders and should be made payable to "Sweet Expressions". See Here for mailing address.
  
  
• Birth Announcements should be placed in advance and then call with the information when the baby is born. Your order will then be shipped out within 24-48 hours via Express Mail shipping or local delivery depending on destination.
  
  

Helpful Information When Ordering Your Personalized Wrappers

• The All-Purpose and Special Events Wrappers fit most any occasion. You might want to place your "announcement" on the front of the wrapper, and your creative customized message on the back.
  
  
• For the Theme Wrappers, the front of the wrapper usually includes a name(s), and your special message on the back. Ask for the fonts and sample greetings for some ideas. Keep in mind, this is your opportunity to get creative, have some fun, and send those you care about that "just the right message".
  
  
• Here are some examples:
  • Birthdays - on the front you could put a name and age, and on the back the time, date, and location of a party.
    
  • Weddings - who is getting married, with date on the front, and a special message to your guests on the back.
    
  
  
• The possibilities are endless, the space for your customized message, however, is not. The wrappers look the best when you limit your message an appropriate amount (3 or 4 lines) of text with about 30 letters (including spaces) per line. Each Wrapper Design is different. The amount of text accepted varies with each Wrapper Design. If you're unsure, just ask. I will be more than happy to assist you in making the very best selection for that special person, couple, group, occasion or event!

Shipping Policy

• We at Sweet Expressions always strive to bring you the best quality, both in product and in service. If for some reason we make a mistake, we will do everything possible to make it right. Candy bar wrappers are custom made and cannot be replaced unless there is an error made on our part such as misspelled names, omitting names, or wrong date printed. If you give us the wrong date, we cannot be responsible for that, so check your dates and spelling of names very carefully. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once you have approved the final design for your wrappers, cancellations will require a cancellation fee of 50% of your order total. All sales are final once shipped.
  
  
• Sweet Expressions ships using USPS PRIORITY MAIL which delivers to most United States cities in 2-4 days. We also use USPS EXPRESS MAIL which delivers the next day (some locations require two day) including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. UPS NEXT DAY delivery is used if EXPRESS MAIL can't get it there the next day. Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions, and zip code. These charges are in addition to your total order. (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or weekends, Monday thru Friday only).
  
  
• Sweet Expressions cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to be delivered or picked up in a timely manner. Once your order is shipped we have no control over the carriers actions. We have chosen carriers based on their reputation and we will do our best to resolve any problem that you may have with your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates/times. However, we can predict delivery dates for you based on information given to us by the carriers.
  
  
• Shipping and handling will be calculated at the time of ordering. See Estimated Shipping Rates
  
  
• We will only ship orders within the USA.
  
  
• Sweet Expressions will not be held responsible for any incorrectly delivered packages which are the result of incorrect address information given to me by customers. The reshipping costs will be paid for by the customer. We take great care in packaging your order therefore; all damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier immediately. Be sure to keep all packaging as it may be requested by carrier.
  
  
• Local delivery charges are $0.00 to $25.00 depending on destination and urgency of your order.
  
  
• Wrappers with candy ordered between May 15th through October 1st are shipped USPS Express Mail delivery or local delivery depending on destination. This is to prevent the chocolate from melting. The bars should be shipped to an address where someone will be there to receive it so the bars are not left outside. Sweet Expressions will not be held responsible for candy shipped that is not picked up in a timely manner.
